With so many Americans now living in states where it’s legal to grow marijuana for their own use, we wanted to show the basics of cannabis cultivation, with help from the experts at Colorado’s Organic Alternatives.
In this video, you’ll see a pot plant go from a cutting to a mature bush in about four months, along with an explanation of the basics of growing this “weed,” which our expert says is actually really easy. (Achieving commercial-grade results is much harder, and requires sophisticated lighting, ventilation and fertilizing systems.)
Of course, it’s important to check local and state laws about where you can grow marijuana at home,
